I am is a strategic advisor across people, culture, and leadership, with extensive experience directing HR within high-performance, fast-paced organisations—including roles as Chief People Officer for mid-sized businesses.
Spanning F1 motorsport, technology, engineering, retail, professional services, and logistics, my background delivers deep expertise in organisational design, leadership development, cultural alignment, HR transformation and executive advisory. Having also spent eight years in global roles across Singapore and Hong Kong, I bring a strong understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
